Looks great! The camrea movmenet is a little jittery and off, same goes for the ship. But other than that it looks great, and i love the underwater scene, even if the camrea shake underwater is a little over done.

Is it worth to model in plasticity rather than just do everything in blender? What's the point on doing it
Plasticity can give you a more easly and quick way to generate cool and technical shapes, in blender you can do it yes, but give you more work and some kind geometry issues in the wireframe and in Plasticity you have a really nice flow doing all of that in creating complex shapes.

In blender when you import with the addon it will came with the animation as mesh data cache, in unreal you just need to add the speedtree node in the material for the wind connected in the "world position offset" if you use the plung in all will be imported and you just need to adjust the parameters of the wind

The render id or render mask do the render using the addon render buttons not interfere with the F12 render!

It is. Leafs behave like under water. Plume, too. Movement of the plant is to exaggerated. Mostly reality is less exciting when something moves. Nevertheless, brilliant photoreal look ❤

Can this render out passes by material in addition to by object? I use a lot of objects that have multiple materials and/or UDIMs. Hope so, because it looks great. :)
